1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SponsorFind ("the Service") at sponsorfind.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SponsorFind is a SaaS platform that helps YouTube creators discover brand sponsors, analyse sponsorship opportunities, and generate outreach emails using AI. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The Creator Plan is billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Plan and Usage Limits

Free accounts receive a limited number of trial contact lookups. Limits reset or expire as described in the platform. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, unsolicited outreach at scale, or any form of harassment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or database
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use AI-generated pitches in a misleading or deceptive manner

7. AI-Generated Content

SponsorFind uses AI to generate pitch emails and suggestions. These are tools to assist you — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any content generated. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, effectiveness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

SponsorFind and its content, design, and technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using SponsorFind will result in secured sponsorships. Brand contact data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always be accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsorFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sponsorfind.io.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
