We collect the following data when you use SponsorFind:

• Account information: Your name and email address provided via Google Sign-In.
• YouTube channel data: Read-only access to your public YouTube channel statistics (subscriber count, view counts, niche) to match you with relevant sponsors. We do not access your private videos, messages, or account settings.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform to improve our service.
• Payment information: Subscription and billing data processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Feedback and support messages: Content you submit via our feedback widget.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise the SponsorFind platform
• To match your channel with relevant brand sponsors
• To generate AI-assisted pitch emails on your behalf
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan
• To send transactional emails (feedback confirmations, support replies)
• To improve our product based on usage patterns and feedback

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers to operate SponsorFind:

• Google — YouTube and Gmail API access for channel data and pitch sending
• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication services
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions
• AI service providers — For generating pitch content and sponsor analysis

These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Google API Data

Our use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request read-only access to your YouTube channel statistics solely to provide sponsor-matching features. We do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to operate our core service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account settings
